Referral Runway Terms and Conditions

 

Campaign Period: July 20, 2025 to December 31st, 2025

Eligibility:

  • Open to individuals 18 years of age or older
  • Employees of Servis Realty and their immediate family members are not eligible
  • Referrers must have permission to share the referred party’s contact information
  • There is no limit on the number of entries per individual

Entry Qualification:

  • One entry is earned when a submitted referral leads to a proposal presentation by Servis Realty
  • Referred party must be a new prospect to Servis Realty (not currently under contract or in active discussions)
  • Property must be commercial with a minimum of 15,000 square feet
  • Proposal presentation must take place before December 31st, 2025

Prize Details:

  • Prize: $5,000 CAD travel package
  • Prize may be used for flights, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses
  • Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of notification
  • Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value
  • Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize
  • Travel must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries
  • Draw will take place on January 5th, 2026
  • Winner will be notified by email and phone within 5 business days of the draw
  • Winner must respond within 10 business days to claim prize
  • If winner cannot be reached or fails to respond, an alternate winner will be selected

General Conditions:

  • Servis Realty reserves the right to verify all referral information
  • Fraudulent or duplicate entries will be disqualified
  • Servis Realty reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign with 30 days notice
  • By participating, entrants agree to allow Servis Realty to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes
  • All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Servis Realty’s Privacy Policy

Privacy:

  • Referral contact information will only be used for the purpose of business development
  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent
  • Participants may request removal from communications at any time

Dispute Resolution:

  • All disputes will be resolved under Alberta law
  • Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws
  • Servis Realty’s decisions regarding the campaign are final
